Customers need qualified advice to be satisfied. At the beginning of a successful facade there are always questions about the budget, approval and schedule. Your customer needs ideas, examples, samples or a visualization and – the next step is cost certainty and detailed service descriptions.

As your supplier we, of course, remain discreetly in the background with your customer.

On explicit request, however, we will also support you at the time of the acquisition as a partner at your side.

Our strength is an overview of new materials, current trends and modern production possibilities.

We appear competent and supportive but reserved.

The basis of an economical production and assembly is always good planning & project management. Based on the customer’s wishes or the architect’s specifications, the following points must be clarified:

• Creating schedules
• Creation of a verifiable statics
• Preparation of a measurement
• Compiling of assembly plans, parts lists and material extracts
• Agreement of component designations
• Compiling packing lists
• Agreement on lots & delivery dates

We would be pleased to support you in some or all of the above mentioned points. Of course we are happy to get involved in the ongoing project at any time and take over data from your company or from the planner. We are familiar with file formats common in the industry, but we have also created production documents according to the specifications of graphic designers, in 2D or 3D, depending on requirements.

Tight dimensional tolerances and a high repeatability of all facade parts supplied by us are a matter of course. This is the only way to achieve small joints, exact edge courses and efficient assembly.

This requires qualified and motivated employees and an efficient, modern machine park.

Individual projects require individual processes. A high degree of automation ensures rational processes, a flexible arrangement of production enables us to offer a wide range of different product variants. For the production of our facade components, we rely on partly patented in-house developments, but also on industry-leading brands such as: Trumpf, EHT, Schechtl, Forstner, Schlebach, Variobend, etc.

An economical assembly of the facade requires the availability of the individual components at the right time and in the right place. We create the optimal conditions for this. Component labels adapted to the respective project contribute to tracking in the production process, quality control and detailed package allocation.

We know that construction sites are often only secured to a limited extent, offer little storage space or are difficult to drive on. If the requirements of the construction site are already known at the time of packaging, components can be grouped together in the package according to their sequence and location on the site. This saves time and nerves during assembly.

The parts are packed in suitable lot sizes in transport boxes, well protected against harmful influences from outside (rain, seawater) and inside (moisture, corrosion). Packing lists are enclosed.
